This machine could produce several different dimensions (see sample drawing), it consists of 5 tons manually decoiler, straighten rollers, forming rollers, hydraulic cutting device, PLC controller and stacker.

C) Working Process

Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → straighten → rolling & forming →hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
