Structure of Perfile Cold Roll Forming Machine
This roll forming machine consists of 3 tons manually decoiler, forming rollers, chain driven transmission, mainframe (including guiding platform), cutting device, PLC controller and stacker.
Working Process
Coiler loading → feeding-in with adjustable rollers guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → rolling & forming→ cut off saw → stacker running out
