Structure of Ceiling Batten Roll Forming Machine
This machine consists of 3 tons manually uncoiler, chain driven transmission, batten forming device, forming rollers, mainframe(including guiding platform), cutting device, pneumatic system and stacker.
Working Flow of Ceiling Batten Roll Forming Machine
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → batten forming → rolling & forming→ pneumatic cutting → stacker running out
